    about the company

    Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with over 50 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are mainly condominiums, HDB, industrial, data centre and school institutions. Currently they are looking for a Planning Engineer for 1 condominium project at Tampines area.

    about the job

    • Preparation of master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage
    • Assist in tender preparations including programme, write-ups proposal and make presentation to clients
    • Plan, monitor and liaise with precast supplier on shop drawing, production and delivery
    • Monitor and liaise with Project Manager on project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
    • Ensure performance complies with quality requirements and ensure that the company meets but does not exceed its contractual obligations
    • Identify and report variations in contract requirements
    • Apply critical path method techniques
    • Liaise with consultants and clients to Prepare monthly report on the performance of the project
    • Work closely with contracts in analysing and evaluation sub-contractors planning and reporting submissions
    • Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

    skills & experience required

    • Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board
    • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant construction experience
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
    • Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore
