about the team

You will be part of the COO Singapore team where it covers a wide portfolio including Sourcing & Outsourcing, Technology Risk, Data Protection, as well as Branch Governance.

about the job

  • Deliver and track projects for the Branch
  • Support COO with the implementation and maintenance the Branch’s governance framework
  • Carry out PMO duties to maintain information in registers accurately and timely, report on project tasks, deliverables, performance/risk metrics etc
  • Documentation of end-to-end process flows, deliver and contribute to production of status reports, presentation packs, meeting minutes and Management Information (MI)
  • Liaise with Head Office on regionally-driven programmes as well as corporate secretariat activities
  • Ensure governance and oversight of regulatory reporting
  • Define and implement standards, processes and templates for reporting
  • Carry out corporate secretariat activities including preparation of Board papers and maintenance of Branch Power of Attorney documentation
  • Adopt established methodologies to control, log, manage and monitor timescales, resources, costs, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies; milestones and outcomes; escalating as appropriate to overcome delays or other problems that arise
  • Identify, engage and build rapport with key stakeholders, to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders on projects and governance

skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of Change Management and/or PMO experience within the Banking sector
  • Knowledge of Agile project management method
  • Understanding of regulatory environment
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge in Microsoft Visio a plus
