In this position as a Policy Processing Manager, you will be managing a team of up to 10 policy processing individuals and managing the general insurance policies which includes Travel, Personal Accident and Home insurance. The ideal incumbent will also be expected to revamp and implement efficient and effective work systems, automating wherever possible and ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and company policies.
Skills and experience required
- 10+ years of experience in the industry in operational capacity
- Team lead or team management experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the insurance business - general insurance preferred
- Good knowledge of the use of technology and automation
- Statistical analyses of operational results and trends
