• Overseeing the Information Technology (IT) functional activities, including project delivery and business applications like POS.

• Collaborating with team members from Regional and Local entities and vendors to drive and deliver POS initiatives, ensuring optimal team collaboration in the project delivery team for deriving the best business application solutions.

• Managing the Regional outsourced vendor for the Application Management Services (AMS), which involves handling change management requests, ticket incident logs, closures, and tracking Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.

• Keeping track of the resolution of outstanding issues and escalations, providing monthly performance updates, and conducting annual evaluations of the vendor to support the business effectively.

• Managing the Regional project, expense, and capital budget in alignment with the Regional IT strategy.

Skills and Experience Required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of working experience in a Project Manager / Consulting role with a proven track record of delivering and implementing end to end large scale POS Projects.

You should also have a good exposure within the retail industry coupled with a good understanding of project management within an agile environment.
