about the company

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing of petroleum additives for lubricants and fuel industry. They are looking for a Process Control Engineer to lead the business in its next phase of growth.


about the job

As the Process Control Engineer (Chemical / Petrochemical), you will be responsible to:

  • Lead in troubleshooting for control system in collaboration with DCS service provider
  • Formulate and improve process control strategies, sequence code & operator interface
  • Develop programming and assist in capital projects for new equipment or plant unit
  • Provide training to Technicians & Console Operators on process control applications


skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 3 years experience in process control or maintenance in DCS and PLC systems
  • Good understanding of instrumentation, process control & computer programming
  • Candidates with knowledge in DeltaV Process Control system will be a plus
