Procurement:
- Incharge of materials and parts ordering

Generate PO, DO and invoice
Ensure the level of materials to support the daily production operation and maintain Store Inventory system
Monitor material quantity, price and update purchase order delivery status
Liaise with 3rd party for shipment arrangement
Liaise with suppliers if they have any query on purchase order status, delivery mode
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing (for food material / raw material)Planning:
- Work out bridge inventory plan and execute replenishment planning with network planner
- Work with 3PL to identify storage capacity per product import schedule
- Preparation of label, PI, IFU label change, including, item code creation, part record, label printing volume calculation, etc
- Support in system testing
skills & experience required.
Diploma in relevant fields
2-3 years of experience in sourcing experience in F&B / Manufacturing industry
2-3 years of planning experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing industry
experience in managing with multiple planning systems will be an added advantage
