Sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and overseas suppliers
Evaluate vendor's quotation
Handle daily operational procurement needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
Maintain ISO requirements
Generate PO, DO and invoice when required
Update inventory and material movements in SAP system

skills & experience required

Degree / Diploma in supply chain / mechanical / electrical engineering or related
Min 3 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing / construction environment
Well versed with supplier negotiation and management
Good knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) systems and understands Bill of Materials (BoM) will be a plus
Willing to work in north area of Singapore (Ang Mo Kio / Marsiling / Sembawang)
