A well known and reputable player with strong market presence globally have made a new breakthrough in its upcoming financial year, particularly in the Technology and Commerce practice. In conjunction, they continue to strengthen their brand with its business partners and are now seeking for a stellar member to manager supplier/vendor relationships

about the job



  • Maintenance of the payroll supplier contracts and associated tracking including key contact information using Netsuite

  • Undertake RFP exercises and perform supplier onboarding and due diligence checks.

  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of payroll partner contracts with Legal and Compliance Team.

  • Support ad-hoc pricing requests from new business, implementation and payroll operations with respect to services provided by payroll suppliers, including escalations.

  • To ensure that price variations or commercial queries are communicated to the relevant parties for resolution in a timely manner.

  • Support the Commercial Director in the identification and realisation of cost saving opportunities.

  • Co-ordination of payroll supplier commercial arrangements with commercial customer teams

  • Payroll supplier performance monitoring & reporting across APAC

  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives as required..

  • Identification and realisation of cost savings.

  • Routine & ad-hoc supplier audits, both remote and on-site



about the manager/team


You will be reporting to the Commercial Director and part of the Commercial Procurement team responsible for all commercial aspects of our global supplier contracts from supplier sourcing, onboarding and lifecycle management.


skills and experience required



  • Candidate will have a procurement or supplier management background (Payroll or HR services ideally in professional services)

  • Able to work on own initiative and to meet agreed deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar business systems.

  • Ideally qualified or actively working towards CIMA or CIPS qualification.
