• Push the capabilities of 3D printing by creating innovative mechanical and electro-mechanical solutions
• Lead the mechanical engineering group by reviewing the work and providing guidance to the team.
• Establish and continuously improve Mechanical Engineering standards and practices.
• Select, implement, and support Mechanical Engineering tools and infrastructure
• Select, contract, and manage engineering services providers and other technical suppliers.
• Protype new systems, mechanisms, test equipment, and research 3D printing challenges
• Support the sustained work for exciting and future products
• Defining product roadmaps, supply-chain strategies, department schedules, budgets, business processes, and KPI's.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years experience leading teams in the development of electro-mechanical systems in products
• Advanced skills and hands-on in design, and hardware selection and development
• Expert in SolidWorks design and Product Development Management
