In this position as a Product Development Specialist, you will be reporting into the Head of Product and work alongside with a team of 5 others. You will be expected to supports the development of product solutions and propositions, taking into account and balancing regulatory, business, distributor and customer needs, in adherence to internal approval requirements.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to provide pre and post product launch support to address product related queries from internal stakeholders, distributors and customers, in a timely and effective manner.
skills & experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Product Development or Business Analyst or Product Implementation or Product Proposition
- Candidates with GI Product development experience are welcome
- Ability to independently complete basic and moderately complex projects/studies
- Good spoken and written communication as well as articulate interpersonal and negotiation skills
