About the Team | Manager
You will be joining a highly collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation and professional growth. This role reports directly to the Manager of Product Marketing for the Asia Pacific region, where you will be provided with excellent training opportunities and work within a supportive culture.
About the Job
You will spearhead the Go-to-Market strategy and drive sales growth for radiation therapy systems. Your role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for these products in collaboration with both the global headquarters and the APAC marketing team. You will create strategic plans for key markets, provide support to sales teams and distributors with promotional tools, product presentations, and tender responses, and ensure you stay updated on market intelligence, including customer and competitor activities.
In this role, you will also build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant industries, train sales teams and distributors on product knowledge, and differentiate our products’ competitive advantages. Expect to travel frequently (50% to 70%) across the Asia Pacific region to engage with customers and drive the success of our marketing initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or Medical Physics, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in business or marketing.
- At least 5 years of clinical or sales/marketing experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with knowledge of radiotherapy equipment and experience in the Asia Pacific region.
