about the job
In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will be focused on developing growth hypotheses to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new business concepts in collaboration with the team. Other responsibilities include:
- Work closely with product, strategy, design and research team to determine customer lifetime values and customer acquisition costs for new products and services.
- Perform market-facing experiments to verify key presumptions about market gaps, service offerings, and growth KPIs such as conversion and retention rates.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to contribute to high-level strategic decisions from a growth perspective.
- Drive sustainable growth that keeps up with the product plan by identifying potential channel partners.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be an experienced Product Marketing/Growth Marketing professional, with a solid amount of experience in the tech/crypto/fintech space. You should come with a strong track record in developing GTM strategies to drive effective growth impacts. Working in a startup, you should also be creative and resourceful in generating thought leadership for new and unconventional approaches.
