    About the company

    I am exclusively representing one of the leading telecommunications conglomerates headquartered in Singapore and one of the largest mobile network operators and the leading player in spearheading digitalisations within the local landscape. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction & experience in using the organization's products and services which in turn increase retention rate and up-selling opportunities.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing , your responsibilities will includes

    • To work closely with senior management to understand organizational”s branding and objectives and devise strategies to achieve set targets
    • To use data and insights to understand in depth on consumers” experience and short fall and devise measures to customized new and existing customer lifecycle and optimize marketing campaign strategies
    • This includes setting promotion strategies to “achieve new , upselling , retention and win back ratio”
    • You will work closely with cross functional team such as Customer Experience team to test and improve new predictive models to upgrade and capture new segments and improve Customer satisfaction
    • Using data to budget and forecast equipment revenues and metrics and risk management
    • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance for equipment.and ensure effective spending for advertising and promotional activities

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 5 years of relevant B2C product marketing experience
    • With strong technical knowledge and is comfortable with using data and analytics to its full potential
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment
