My client is a one of the world's leading and fast growing crypto exchange companies , as part of their expansions. They are looking for a candidate to be based in Singapore , to cover the LATAM region and to work closely with the Global product team to customize and localize product design for the target markets.
About the job
Reporting to the Global Product Head, your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for the development and management of a Global Crypto Exchange platform
- Planning and analysis of product life cycle, Vision, and strategy
- Roadmaps creation and planning aligned with the business strategy
- Identify user pain points in the sign-up, on-boarding, fiat deposit, trading, and other stages of the user journey.
- Translate those pain points into product improvement suggestions and work with the HQ Product team to implement effective changes
- Work closely with the local operations and marketing teams to design new product features specific to the targeted market, driving user acquisition, user engagement, and platform growth
- Discover opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of our competitors by creating products that generate real user value
- Implementation of all stages of product development such as Product Discovery,
- Product Delivery, Product Growth, and Product Marketing.
Skills and experience required
- 5+ years related experience in product management, operations, user research
- Keen interest in the crypto space and is willing to learn
- Able and willing to travel at a frequent basis and working well with a diverse global team
