They are looking for a Sales / Product Specialist for their consumer healthcare arm and are looking for a high potential who is able to set up and elevate it to the next level.
about the job
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager based in SG, you will be responsible to manage a set of accounts - consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by regular account servicing of the accounts through assigned territory for the Singapore market.
You will also get to identify opportunities and gain new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
... - Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls and report Line Manager promptly.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
- Provide support to line manager in implementation of the product strategies.
- Conduct product talks and in-service trainings in assigned territory for pharmacist and sales staff of retail pharmacies.
- Be comfortable in presenting in events, symposiums, seminars and exhibitions, work with medical professionals to create Public Awareness for the product.
- Ensure forecast accuracy to prevent out of stocks situation and wastage and minimize non-fulfillment particularly for tender items.
skills & experience required
- Minimum of at least 3 - 5 years in a sales environment within the consumer healthcare / medical sector / nursing trained background ideally.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency when it comes to following up with new / existing clients.
- Having exposure in BD and account servicing in prospecting healthcare institutions / medical professionals in the Medical trade : Hospitals, medical institutions, medical pharmacies, elderly care institutions
- Proven excel (pivot table) competencies in Microsoft and creating presentations slides
- Ideally having a car / transportation ideally.
