Job description

• The incumbent is responsible to assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business (50% Account Servicing / 50% Business Development)
• The Product Specialist is required to grow the business beyond, extend coverage into Private Specialists (O&Gs & Pediatricians) and establish the firms wound care business in Institution Channel / Public / Private Hospitals
• Establish strong relationship with KOLs and HCPs wound care / Orthopedic arena, in both Restructured and Private Hospitals

• Achieve individual and team targets by ensuring a maximum coverage of assigned territory.
• Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls and report Line Manager promptly.
• Conduct product talks and in-service trainings in assigned territory for pharmacist and sales staff of retail pharmacies.
• Execute and implement sales promotion plan in retail channels.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity (products and development) in assigned territory
• Actively line manager in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions, work with medical professional to create Public Awareness for incontinence.
• Represent the firm in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

The successful applicant

• Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or within the nursing sector
• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial sales / business development experience in the consumer healthcare / Urology sector

• Excellent Commercial & relationship building skills and strong in numbers
• Comfortable in doing presentations to external stakeholders
