Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager based in Singapore, you will get to be responsible to manage:

the sales and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.

Namely across: Private and restructured Hospitals (Wound Care & Orthopedic arena, Institution Channels private specialists as well as retail pharmacy channels)

You will get to :

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency - Maintain a daily track record of the sales
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
  • Provide support to line manager in implementation of the product strategies.
  • Conduct product talks and in-service trainings in assigned territory for pharmacist and sales staff of retail pharmacies.
  • Conduct the Brands In-Service/Solution for Institution accounts to enhance trade partnership
  • Execute and implement sales promotion plan in retail channels - pharmacies , Health & beauty channels
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity (products and development) in assigned territory
  • Actively line manager in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions, work with medical professional to create Public awareness for incontinence.
  • Contribute to Sales, brand building for Bladder Weakness in Private Maternal Hospitals, Private O&Gs and Pediatricians)
  • Contribute to the firm's wound care business, via Acute Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home Care Team and Private Specialists
  • (General Surgery, Orthopedic etc). Participate in Wound care conferences, sharing of clinical studies amongst the KOLs
  • Ensure forecast accuracy to prevent out of stocks situation and wastage and minimize non-fulfillment particularly for tender items

skills and experiences requires

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing is highly essential due to the specific skills / know how required in the role
  • At least 2 years work experience as a former SRN/SEN or related field or up to 5 years relevant experience in a sales role within wound care / consumables
  • Possess professional selling skills, excellent interpersonal skill, communication (both oral & written) and analytical skills
