- Bills of Materials (BOM) generation, update and maintenance
- Lead person for the production technician on the floor
- Support the Continuous Improvement programs
- Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules
- Provide manufacturing support in building of the end product
- Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations
- Vet and review engineering procedures and documents before release
- Involve in equipment/ fixture/ process selection, design and deployment
- Participate in product and process cost reduction
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of lean manufacturing environment experience
- CI project experience will be a plus
- Six sigma certified or / with lean / kaizen experience will be a plus
- Prior experience of managing >20 Operator
- Able to commit to perm night shift work (7pm- 7am)-5 day work week
- Willing to work around serangoon / ang mo kio area
