As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to take care of outreach and front corporate clients, as well as schedule, plan and successfully deliver programs. You will be required to strategise and implement outreach plans, address enquiries of participants/clients and strive to convert leads to successful enrolment. You will be providing superb support to the client, trainers and participants before, during and after programs, including admission and certification eligibility, and dissemination of training materials. You will need to work closely with the faculty and client to schedule classes and ensure all preparation is completed before the commencement of programmes, such as venue and catering booking, activation of online learning and learning technology platforms, and accurate verification of participants for enrolment and certification. You will also be expected to gather feedback and evaluation from participants and trainers to explore different ways to improve the learning journey of clients and achieve high programme ratings.

You will report to the Program Director and will work closely with a team of Program Managers.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in account management and managing events/programmes. You should be meticulous, organised and have strong interpersonal and coordination skills to ensure efficient communication and quality standards of service to the faculty and clients. Exhibiting a positive attitude and energy, along with the ability to work effectively and independently, will contribute to your success in this role.
