about the job

You will be responsible for providing all operational and administrative support for the delivery of Financial Services-related Management programmes, as well as large thought leadership conferences, including logistic support (catering, technical set up, attendance taking, on-site and virtual technical support, classroom management). In addition, you will handle all applications and enrolments, including supporting marketing communications (CRM), as well as handle programme set up in systems. You will also trigger printing of certificates post checks, manage training schedules for programmes, respond to all enquiries received on the above programmes, be they through the phone or email, plus collate and manage class evaluations, including feedback loop to team.

This role reports to the Assistant Director of Programme Development.

skills & requirements for the job

To succeed in this role, you need to possess a University Degree and come with a minimum 1 year of experience coordinating programs within the education industry. This role is well-suited for somebody who is proficient with digital platforms and able to handle technology with ease. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, a fast learner who is able to work independently with minimal supervision; shows great initiative and resourcefulness, and also able to work late or weekends if necessary. You must also be an excellent team player who is positive and approachable with good interaction skills.
