about the job

This role supports the Lead Programme Manager and Programme Manager and works as part of the Programme
Team to liaise with the client and participants and trainers to schedule, plan and deliver the various committed

 Assist to gather participants for each programme to fill up the seats for all Open Run scheduled classes.
For In-house Runs, work to arrange the agreed sessions for the agreed participants.

 Assist to provide client and participants all information before, during and after the programme. Includes
and not limited to funding and certification eligibility, pre-admission/attendance/assessment criteria, pre-
class work(online learning or pre-reading materials etc.

 Work with programme team to secure venue, ensure online learning is activated on time, training materials
are ready and all required information of participants are confirmed, verified and collated for enrolment.

 After close of each programme, assist to collate course evaluation and verify invoices for Lead Programme
Manager or Programme Manager review and approval.

 Ensure e-certs are only issued to eligible participants who complete the module and assessments and
done with the required Finance deadlines.

This role reports to the Lead Programme Manager and there is a team of 3 other Programme Associates in the department.

skills & requirements for the job

To succeed in this role, you should come equipped with a Degree with minimum 1-years of working experience. This role is well-suited for somebody with good people skills and EQ, a pleasant disposition and the ability to communicate confidently. You should also possess strong proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and be digitally savvy in the use of multi-media and virtual training platforms
