about the company
Our client is a well established professional services organization which delivers learning programmes and training materials in the banking and finance domain. Their programmes equip professionals with knowledge and expertise to be a market leader within the industry. They are now looking for a Programme Manager to look into private banking products.
about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Programme Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:
  • Work closely with the management team on planning and executing programmes, ensuring that projects are executed within timeline and budget
  • Partner closely with vendors on rolling out training content for physical and online courses - sharing of required expectations of courses and topics to be covered.
  • Perform mapping of courseware to meet accreditation requirements.
  • Review and maintain courseware to ensure that it is aligned with organization's objectives and make necessary adjustments when required.
  • Organizing workshops to onboard and ensure that individuals are familiarised with the organization's practices and kept updated with regulatory frameworks.
skills and experience required
You must come with a Bachelor's degree and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) or otherwise known as ACTA. You should be equipped with at least 4 years of experience in the L&D function or Programme Management, preferably in the Financial Services industry. Having knowledge in wealth management or financial products would be an added advantage. You must be tech savvy and be familiar with e-learning or Learning Management Systems. You should have strong communication skills to facilitate discussion, strong analytical skills and you should be highly meticulous.
