about the job

This role is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of programmes and assessments across private banking, consumer banking and insurance for open and in-house clients. You will liaise with clients and participants and trainers to schedule, plan and deliver the programme to meet or exceed the agreed KPIs related to participant ratings of the programme and the programme team. Responsibilities covers the following:

Liaise with clients to gather participants to fill up seats for all Open Run scheduled classes. For In-house Runs, work with L&D to arrange the agreed sessions for the agreed participants. Aim to always maximise number of training days.

Manage end-to-end timely and successful delivery of programmes.

Be the first line of contact for client/participant enquiries or help related to the programme.

Provide client and participants all information before, during and after the programme. Includes and not limited to funding and certification eligibility, pre-admission/attendance/assessment criteria, pre-class work(online learning or pre-reading materials) etc.

Collaborate with programme team to secure venue, ensure online learning is activated on time, training materials are ready and required information of participants are verified and collated for enrolment.

This role reports to the Lead Programme Manager and there is a team of 3 Programme Associates in the department.

skills & requirements for the job

To succeed in this role, you should come equipped with a Degree from a recognized University with at least 4 years of relevant experience running programs with other Universities of higher educational institutions, or minimum 4 years of events experience. This role is well-suited for somebody with good people skills and EQ, a pleasant disposition and the ability to communicate confidently. You should also be able to oversee, plan, organise and deliver programmes with little or no supervision, and come with experience and knowledge in use of scheduling and planning tools and software.
