As a Project Analyst, you will be support the E-commerce projects and daily operations within the Regional headquarters and Asia Pacific region. As a Project Analyst, you will

Coordinate local and global projects in ensuring end to end project management, milestones are fulfilled
Responsible for management of project issues, risk of the IT policies and engage in stakeholder meetings
R0esponsible for financial tracking, status reporting, on-boarding and off-boarding of project resources
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in a Project Analyst/Project Administrator role.

Min 1+ years of project management experience in coordinating IT Projects
Proficiency in MS Office and Project planning tools such as Jira /Confluence / Miro
Knowledge in Agile project methodologies
Experience planning and directing schedules
Prior ability in communicating project scope, goals and responsibilities to the project team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
