about the job
- Efficient and effective management of design development, coordination, approval, and issue for construction of Design and Build project.
- Create, track and monitor a comprehensive design development and coordination schedule and a comprehensive drawing list.
- Monitoring design progress and taking corrective action to maintain program when necessary.
- Completion of design activities within budget and program to achieve project objectives and targets.
- Understanding design and work briefs, providing recommendations and solutions, conceptualising and developing creative ideas and overseeing revisions of draft to completion.
- Challenging the design, generating and managing alternative proposals in order to improve productivity on site and project profit.
- Manage DfS, DfM, UD, GreenMark and other contractual or regulatory requirements.
- Implement highest processes and quality of BIM design and coordination.

- Work with engineering and construction staff to develop appropriate construction methods, construction execution procedures and inspection & test plans that are consistent with achieving the design intent.
skills & experience required
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 years of design engineering experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Understanding and ability to use the latest design software
- Equipped with knowledge of local authorities’ rules and regulations
