about the company

Our client is a market leader in the LED lighting supplier industry. As a result of continued successes both within Singapore and internationally, they are looking for a Project Engineer with an intention to groom them into Managerial Position.

about the job

As the Project Engineer (LED lighting), you will be responsible to:

  • Support the sales and project management team in sourcing, researching and presenting to MNC and SMEs
  • Identifying industry trends (lighting, semiconductor, nanotechnology, wireless technology), performing high level data gathering, SWOT analysis
  • Sourcing, purchasing, conduct due diligence on product, suppliers and their processes

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical or EEE (or equivalent)
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience in the lighting industry
  • Knowledgeable in lighting hardwares and relevant technologies that complements lighting and visual displays
  • Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, business marketing and advertising
