about the job

In this role you will schedule regular meetings and record minutes/action items. In addition, you will break projects into tasks, set timeframes and goals as well as schedule and coordinate multiple project teams. You will also create and update manuals, charts, workflows and project trackers, and prepare documents for internal teams and key stakeholders. Other job scopes include tracking project expense against budget, and anticipate future costs, plus monitoring project progress, escalating and addressing potential issues and risks. In addition, you will coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet project requirements. You will also measure and report on project performance, and liaise with project managers, suppliers and vendors

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Senior Advisor of the Healthcare investment division. As most of the projects are situated in Vietnam, there will be planned business trips to Vietnam when the pandemic ceases and global travels are allowed back again.

skills and requirements for the job

The successful candidate will possess a University degree ideally in Nursing or Hospital Management, with minimum 2 years of project management experience or working experience or as a healthcare professional in either public or private hospitals (looking to change direction and move into hospital administration/management). This job is well suited for somebody who is a personable and motivated individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a spirit of excellence. The ability to start at short notice will be advantageous.
