about the job
The role's objective is to provide support for a marketing solution BU of the organisation. The incumbent will oversee project progression, ensuring milestones and program development goals are achieved. Key responsibilities include:
... - Setting objectives, creating project scopes, estimating costs, and developing budgets. This involves high-level activity planning, role and task planning, and resource management.
- Managing risks and issues throughout the program life cycle, preparing project documentation, monitoring time management, supervising work, communicating with clients, and collaborating with operations managers on utilization, profit, and other KPIs.
- Reporting project success to senior management, assisting the studio with freelancing network management and development, and client management on small-scale projects are integral parts of the role.
- Client management involves supporting small-scale projects, direct communication with leading clients, project plan development, brief development, setting project kick-offs, ensuring adherence to project and design processes, and highlighting any potential issues.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related fields
- At least 2+ years of project management experience, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, trust-building, analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational capabilities, and adaptability to ambiguity.
- The candidate should be organized, disciplined, self-motivated, and possess an analytical mindset.
- The candidate should exhibit superior client service skills, and have strong communication skills to manage various stakeholders.
