- Manage logistics on assigned project basis
- Manage daily logistics operations, cooperate with transportation providers, documents, and handle invoice verification for logistics
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions
- Monitor Delivery effectiveness and transport optimization
- Working with freight/ocean forwarders to schedule shipments, track shipment status, and timely delivery to destinations
- Assist in stock take activities and audit warehouse documentation
skills & experience required
- Bachelors / Diploma qualification
- Min 5 years of supply chain (end to end) experience
- Experience in handling assignment based on project basis will be a plus
- Proficient with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
- Willing to work in east of Singapore (Kaki Bukit / Macpherson / Ubi)
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
