skills and experience required
Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT services with strong leadership skills, including managing and overseeing teams of 15-20 people.
Proven expertise in end-to-end project management and service delivery management.
Skilled in negotiation, communication, and client presentations.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and others.
