Our client, a foreign bank is looking for a well experienced Project Manager to join their Digital Project Management Office, supporting the regional Private Bank business

About the job As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s digital stream lead. You will be expected to summarise and consolidate important information from various project meetings into quality powerpoint slides and assist in strengthening the company’s communication strategy.

Some of the other responsibilities will include:

• To prepare presentation materials and documents packs for senior level
• Highlighting key project milestone and achievements and compile into a pack
• Updating Project Go-Live Communications
• To upkeep strong business requirements by aligning it with project objectives and timeline
• To perform follow up from meetings when required

Skills and experience required

• At least 8- 10 years of relevant project management experience in Private Bank
• Prior experience in digital delivery in the banking industry will be highly advantageous
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with ability to create quality slides in a given time frame
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and iOs/Android platforms will be neccessary
• Attention to details and possess a strategic mindset
• Strong communication skills is required to front senior stakeholders
