about the job

We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager in B2B Events to join the dynamic account servicing team! They are currently expanding the team due to the growing demands. You will be working within a team of 8 to 10 pax and be responsible for managing and executing various marketing campaigns, events and projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for events, partnership and marketing activities
• Ensuring all timelines within the marketing projects and campaigns are adhered to
• Plan and organise marketing events (online and offline), campaigns, conferences and seminars
• Coordinating and tracking performance of communications and initiatives, to compile into a weekly round-up
• Assist the Account Manager in managing the marketing budget and the portfolio of clients
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage a schedule of engagements including physical and digital engagements, chats, conferences or other functions.
• To handle multiple projects from entry level to large-scale events
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

skills and experience required

• You should ideally have 2 years of B2B events executional experience
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
