Our client, a renowned SI company, is currently hiring a permanent position of a Project Manager (Data Analytics). Their Data Analytics team has more than 150 people and you will be involved in various Data Analytics projects across various government projects.

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Advanced Analytics, your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and translating market and business opportunities for clients into actionable recommendations for the organisation.
• Leading the design, development and delivery of complex digital analytics projects from initiation to closure.
• Implementing multiple projects concurrently to deliver a wide range of solutions across Big Data, Data Lake, Advanced Analytics and etc
• Identifying and translating requirements into business improvement through data analytics. This includes developing technical solutions in areas of big data platform to fulfil various business use cases.
• Oversee the implementation of data analytics strategy for a client organisation and develop new service offerings
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the delivery teams through the developing, establishing and maintaining project management standards and procedures.
• Partnering with technical, business and data science teams competencies to deliver work in waterfall or agile methodologies
• Managing the timely reporting of data analysis outcomes and effectively communicates findings, insights and recommendations to business leaders using data metrics.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you should have:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, statistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience leading an analytics consulting team OR at least 5 years of experience implementing a range of Analytics Intelligence projects such as data governance and dashboard visualization.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management & Storage, Data Visualization and/or Data Science tools. one or more of the following Analytics technology stacks
• Experience working with government projects will be advantageous
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Agile, ITIL, Scrum Master
• Good communication skills and critical thinking abilities

• Good to have: Certification in Microsoft Azure Analytics, AWS Analytics or GCP Analytics
