- Taking the lead in managing and driving multiple projects, overseeing their conception, design, and successful completion.
- Developing project schedules, including milestones and deliverables, aligned with the project scope.
- Managing project finances, including financial projections, budgetary control, cost monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitoring and documenting project progress to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
- Monitoring project dependencies and ensuring smooth integration.
- Handling administrative and logistical aspects of the project, such as IT requirements, communication, and administrative responsibilities.
- Overseeing procurement, including contracts, while adhering to procurement, contracts, and legal processes.
- Ensuring quality control through meticulous monitoring of deliverables at each milestone and compliance with any specified quality management plan.
- Developing a comprehensive project communication plan and effectively implementing it.
- Establishing change management processes, including planning for training and support.
- Reporting and escalating project updates within the wider project portfolio.
- Maintaining awareness of company goals and strategies to align projects with business priorities.
- Facilitating and promoting collaboration across departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Advocating for the benefits of change, new ideas, and organizational improvements, including those related to social responsibility initiatives.
skills and experience required
Possess a minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing projects with substantial IT budgets.
Have a strong technical background and a history of working on multiple projects, with a preference for experience in global or regional projects.
