• Work with System DevOps Engineers to collect, analyze, and finalize the business requirements from stakeholders across the SEA and China region
• Develop high-quality project proposal and plan based on the business requirements and available project resources.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, and arrange for assignment of project personnel
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget of resources
• Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities with activities from the audit team on compliance, policies, or other requirements.
• Regularly update and maintain the knowledge base for System DevOps engineering team

skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background of IT/Internet environment delivering solutions or projects
• Min 2 years hands-on project management experience in IT Infrastructure or software/system development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
• Good communication and coordination skills to manage project team activities.
• Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to drill down to details to ensure the progression of the projects.
• Good reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
• Possess technical skills/knowledge in IT infrastructure, such as operating system, network, CDN, and IT monitoring system is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin as you will have to speak to Chinese counterparts who can only speak Mandarin.
