Key responsibilities

• Develop overall strategy, identifying trends, complex challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure the strategy is successfully implemented to meet business objectives
• Develop annual action plans for selected market segments and countries
• Identify, develop and implement relationship management plans
• Establish and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influence targeted stakeholders.
• Work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external relationships.
• Communicate the strategy, actions needed to implement the function’s strategy and business plan within the team
• Plan and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate project management methodology
• Manage the project review process, providing relevant information and key recommendations.
• Coach and motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve overall business goals.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of major events
• Meet all deadlines and coordinate activities
• Develop and deliver budget plans

What you’ll need for the job

• Degree / Master in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• Min 6 years of experience in the Build & Infrastructure segment
• Experience in B2B sales & marketing
• Ability to effectively drive success in cross-border business and culture.
• Able to influence stakeholders
• 40% travel readiness within ASEAN
