The Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from pre-FEED to the delivery of a carbon dioxide removal and hydrogen production facility in Singapore.
Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the project scope, addressing ambiguity and bottlenecks, and proactively managing risks with the company's partners. The role requires the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules, along with effective communication and coordination within a matrix organization.
The Project Manager must prioritize critical path deliverables, ensure equipment fabrication and deployment timelines are met, and maintain a high standard of work quality and accountability within the team. Additionally, they lead project review meetings, document progress, and identify key tasks and program risks.

Working as an individual contributor, this position reports to the Direct of Technical Projects, the individual will lead the day-to-day project management with deep engagement across internal and external stakeholders which will include the Singapore government, statutory boards and external vendors
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will be armed with an engineering degree, preferably with a postgraduate degree with at least 8 years of project management experience.Proven success in delivering projects of over USD10m, with experience working in both office and project-site settings with EPC vendors.
Results-driven, accountable, excellent communicator across internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors. Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of structured thinking and plan execution tracking.
Preferably familiar with electrochemical devices, passionate about carbon management solutions.
