about the job
This role will be directly reporting to the Head of Engineering & Projects and is responsible for planning the overall schedule of Electric Vehicle (EV) charger deployment, taking into account key milestones and progress of site work. With meticulous tracking and time management skills, you will play a crucial role developing the EV charging network.
About job responsibilities
- Advanced planning and scheduling of work processes, including tracking of all ongoing work
- Maintain an up-to-date project master schedule
- Projection and forecasting of activities in accordance to project master schedule
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure a smooth supply inventory and equipment delivery, including monitoring of shipment and resources
- Serve as the key point of contact between agencies, suppliers, vendors and contractors by promptly initiating reminders when scheduled activities veer off planned timelines
- Track material consumption in line with budget and forecast, including monthly reporting of key indicators and stock level
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management where necessary
skills & experience required
You are welcome to apply if you meet the following requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, EPC environment
- Candidates with experience in project management, project planning and project control will be preferred
- Meticulous with numbers & keen attention to detail
- strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Power BI and Project Management tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Projects will be advantageous
