Our client is a global leading provider in access solutions, such as door openings and products in businesses, homes and institutions. This highly technology focused company is now looking for Project Sales Executives to join their dynamic team.
about the job
- Responsible for achieving individual & team sales target
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales
- Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors
- Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Project planning and management
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
- Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project
- Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works
- Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account
job requirement
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related
- Preferably come from the building materials/construction related background
- Candidates with good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, door makers and supplier are highly desirable
- Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred
- Skilled in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT
