Lead and supervise site staff in property management and maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments to align with business goals and initiatives.
Review and develop strategies for optimal property management.
Plan and monitor budgets while implementing cost control measures.
Allocate manpower resources to meet business demands.
Promote company culture and initiatives among the site team.
Ensure contractors and vendors fulfill repair and maintenance contracts as required.

skills and experience required

Preferably with Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification
Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field
