My client is a leading marine fuel logistics company supplying and selling fuel for all types of vessels including offshore platforms. They were established in 2000 and are based in Singapore. They are among the top five bunker suppliers at the world's largest bunkering port in Singapore in terms of volume.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day to day purchasing operation from other internal departments
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery and delivery schedules
- Check, process all invoices and perform good receipts in the BC system
- Verify the charges from local ports, external launches and freight
- Coordinate the food provision and freshwater supply
- Handle internal launches purchases
skills & experience required
