Our client is a leading manufacturer of 3D printers and additive solutions for dental applications in Singapore. As a result of ongoing and continued successes, they are recruiting a Purchasing Assistant to lead the business in its next phase of growth.


about the job

As the Purchasing Assistant (Order Processing / SAP), you will be responsible to:

  • Work closely with Head of Procurement to manage procurement of raw materials
  • Order Processing – Creation of Purchase Orders and tracking of inbound orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and issuance of raw materials for timely Production
  • Perform sourcing for alternative suppliers & forecast for supply of raw materials


skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • NITEC or Diploma in Engineering / Logistics & Supply Chain / Business Administration
  • Min 1 year experience in processing of Purchase / Delivery Orders and use of SAP
  • Prior experience in liaising with suppliers & negotiation will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with working knowledge in Inventory software – NetSuite will be a plus
