About the Company

My client is a world-renowned escalator, elevator and moving walks manufacturer based in Singapore.

About the Job

  • Sourcing, comparison and review of terms and conditions, quotations and quality of products or services rendered by subcontractors.
  • Administer purchase requisition, quote and issuance of Purchase Orders.
  • Perform vendor assessment and qualification including arranging subcontractors’ induction program.
  • Manage tender purchases from tender requirements, coordinating and processing to tender evaluation and award.
  • Identify, integrate and implement cost saving strategies.

Skills & Experience required

  • Master / Bachelor / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of working experience in procurement of mechanical spare parts
  • Procurement working experience in engineering / construction / elevator & lift industry will be a plus
  • Well versed with SAP module
