• Drive process optimisation in Claims Management
• Data quality management efficiency
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed on-line tool
• Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC
• Provide training to internal & external team within APAC
• Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claim
• Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes
• Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies

skills & experience required

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in electrical / electronics engineering or equivalent
• Prior experience in managing 3PL supplier
• Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus)
• Strong Project Management and Change Management skills
• Training given to candidate with no experience
• Willing to work in west area of Singapore (Jurong East / Boon Lay / Pioneer)
