The ideal incumbent will be required to investigate and provide findings on feedback received by the management and other related authorities and drafting replies to address and resolve any complaints made. You will be tasked to perform regular review on calls and ensure accuracy & quality scorecard of the agents and how the performance affects our overall customer experience and KPIs. The individual will also be involved in UAT testing for all new initiatives/enhancement and work closely with the Trainer to ensure all topics are covered and addressed. skills and experience required
- 2+ years experience in Call Center/contact centre and ideally in Insurance sector (general or life)
- Certified with BCP, PGI, ComGI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Powerpoint
- Thrive working in a team oriented and fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
