In this position as a Quality Assurance Officer, you will work alongside with a small team and report to the Head of Operation. Your day to day duties will include and not limited to conducting call observation and handling complaint cases or any sales dispute.
The ideal incumbent will required to handle enquiries relating to policy, billing and claims and be able to handle any sales disputes or complaint cases. Additionally, you will be tasked to prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
