about the job
You will be responsible to lead the Reception team and will be expected to sit at the reception desk to take care of all administrative and operational duties related to the front desk. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at the reception area and you will help to maintain and set up conference rooms for meetings. You will be expected to take care of office operations and employee welfare, from ordering of pantry and office supplies, to being the main liaison point for external vendors/building management. In addition to reception duties, you will need to assist with processing of invoices, management of courier services, events planning and execution, and support the office with business travel arrangements in line with internal policies and procedures.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Head of Department and will have a Receptionist reporting to you.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of frontline customer service experience in a corporate office, preferably with prior supervisory experience. You will need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office and be able to work independently, as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal employees. Being a strong team player and the ability to extend excellent service to internal and external stakeholders will contribute to your success in this role.
