Reporting into the Office Manager, you would be taking on full spectrum of frontdesk and office administration duties including being the first point of contact for all guests, managing of telephone calls, meeting rooms booking, vendor management, inventories, data entry, events logistics and ad-hoc projects.

You would enjoy working in a highly professional environment where teamwork and fun plays a big part of the role!

skills & experience required

You come with at least 3 years of frontdesk and office administration background, ideally from a professional services firm or a MNC. In return, this role offers up to S$3500 monthly base salary with variable bonuses and benefits.
