As the receptionist cum administrative assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office duties and attending to management's calls. This includes providing front desk reception duties, managing internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner, preparing and serving drinks/beverages to management and visitors, and collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of meeting rooms and pantries, and providing administrative support to management and other staff.

skills and experience required
To be considered for this role, you should be tertiary educated and possess minimally 1 year of experience in a receptionist or office administrator position, be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft office software, and have a pleasant personality coupled with a willingness to go the extra mile. You should have a positive work attitude, be well-organized, independent, meticulous, and able to multitask.
