about the job
As a Receptionist cum Administrative Executive, your primary duty is to support the Office Manager in ensuring the seamless operations of day to day office activities. Your responsibilities include, attending to the receptionist desk, showcasing high standards of hospitality to guest visitors, responding to all inquiries and feedbacks coming in through the main line, assisting in the scheduling of meetings and appointments, liaising with the building management for maintenance and office repair requirements, assisting the team in coordinating travel arrangements, supporting in logistical needs for onboarding of new members and performing any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Administrative Manager.

This position sits within the Singapore office and reports directly to the Administrative Manager. You will be working alongside the Administrative Manager as a team to provide immaculate administrative support to the business operations.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 2 years of proven experience in providing receptionist/ office administration support in a diversified environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to establish effective working relationships with both internal and external parties. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful, independent and possess a keen attitude towards learning.
